The Islamic cartoon Asad Ain Jalut (Lion of Ain Jalut) in English.
(Part 7)
Taking you back in history to the 13th century, the story of Ain Jalut recounts the remarkable true-life saga of a man who was born a prince, struggled as a slave, and left his legacy as King. This full-length feature film documents the life of Sayfuddeen Qutuz as he overcomes many obstacles in his life during one of the most challenging episodes in Islams history. His bravery, intelligence and faith are testing along with the resolve of a nation, whose very existence was threatened by the reigning threat of the times: the Mongol invaders. Witness the victories and defeats of the period through the life of one man who inspired a nation and changed the course of history, earning him the title: Lion of Ain Jalut.

  • Even today we see the same thing Muslims never attack they are always attacked. Why can't these people just leave us alone?????

  • @AhmedAlMuhandis and I said the mongol empire was the greatest empire of all time in the same sense as Alexander the Great's Greek/Macedonian empire. I mean ancient empires are interesting and wondrous aren't they?

sorry if I said anything to have offended and confused you. :/

  • @AhmedAlMuhandis he he in case you didn't realize, those comments of mine were from like almost a year ago and back then I only said I was sad that the mongols lost, because i'm asian and i think asian warriors from the ancient and middle ages were awesome and powerful. And i am aware that muslims believe that we all worship the same God, while I never denied that that was at least partially true, i saw Yahweh and Allah as different based solely on cultural and linguistic distinction of origin.

  • @HamonLord Also strange that you say that when you're Christian! The Mongols used to be pagans, and the Muslims worship One God and accept Jesus as a beloved prophet of God. How is their paganism even remotely great? Not only that but they massacred and plundered wherever they went - ie. barbarians, not civilizd people.

The Mongols didn't 'lose' either in that they dissappeared. They became Muslim shortly afterwards (Genghis Khan's grandson in fact).

I advise you to read up on Islam

  • @HamonLord We worship the same God of the Christians. God is One , and Allah is His name. Don't be deceived by the pathetic arguments some people make about Muslims worshipping another god (completely illogical if you take some time to think about it).

I'm surprised that you call them the "greatest empire of all time" when they massacred innocent women and children. This cartoon omits a lot of stuff (understandably), but nearly all of Baghdad (800,000 people) was massacred by Hulugu

  • I respect Arabia and Islam (and their God Allah), even though I'm christian, but I feel pretty sad that the Mongols lost in history. They were the greatest empire of all time. :'(

  • MAybe next 2 century mongols invade all arabia

  • Mongols not defeat mamlucks lucky day to many mamlucks battla

  • lol @ yellow mongols

  • AT THE LAST ISLAM IS WINNER
