i bought shark flip several months ago and loved it. then it broke, no english person called 4 times before i got someone i could understand, they would not transfer me. after all said and done i have to pay them to fix it, ship it to and fro and pay for all that. their customer services is so horrifying i felt like crying. it is junk. read blogs on it. most, not all, but alot of them break and get thrown in trash. anybody got any idea on which steamer is good
