they should of all just signed a release form stating that they understand the risk they where taking eating the food then ate the food anyway despite what the inspector said. if inspector is still putting up a fuss then call the cops explain that everyone understands the risk and are ok with taking it. case closed. its like sky diving or bungee jumping you sign a release form for that sateing you undersand the risk involved
