  • Powerful video. I appreciate all the posts of African scholars. I use them as teaching tools. The student is myself. I can never get enough of them. Thank you.

  • Le Maitre Molefi Kete Asanté!

  • @oluwalogbon58

Your are totally right. I can tell you as An African from the continent, too much harm has and is still being done.

In this world only blacks run away for their own type and not just that, when they run, they are always the once to do the dirty jobs. You see this all over the world.

We always tend to believe everything other races tells us and refuse to listen to our true leaders.

    It is horribly.

  • @peasah2005 he is talking about "post traumatic slave disorder" which is something that black americans and diaspora blacks are suffering from .. the reason why we conflict so much is because of this.. you have africans on the one hand who dont have it and aa and other blacks who do ..

  • Brother Molefi Kete Asante is a great scholar.

Brother Asante teaches us about our roots and realities and to inspire us, that Africans can contribute into the world.

I admire his his strength, courage and to the empowerment of bringing Africans around the world.

Big up to you, Brother Molefi Kete Asante.

  • This brother is the truth learn people learn

  • what?

  • I don't think self-hate is the primary factor for Black crime. It's the breakdown of stable two parent homes which was caused by high unememployment of Black males. Those Black youth who are in crisis are the products of female headed poor homes. This is what we need to focus on to reduce crime in our communities. Many Blacks have various degrees of self-hate but aren't commiting crimes.
