Steve here with http://www.hhoglabs.com and InstallGuys. I took some video of the dash of our Test Vehicle the 2003 Ford Expedition 4.6L V8. This vehicle has a factory installed tow package, so you mechanics out there will know what that means in terms of gear ratios. But this is where we are with the initial HHOG II Brute mileage trials.
Hope you enjoy them! Maybe they will peak some more interest in all you HHO Fans out there!

  • I was curious if you ran the HHO through the intake pipe or if you used a vacuum hose. I have heard the intake pipe gives better results, but I wanted your opinion.

  • We ran it into the air intake just before the throttle body...

    Thanks!

  • wow im olny 13 but i love cars i know that out of the factory expeditions get about 13 18 pls tell me how youre system works. also im not saying youre bullshiting but my moms ford windstar is rated at 17 23 and she has the same little mpg read out when i re set it the mpg goes crazy and moves all around like your expedition did it also rises up to like 30 mpg so i wonser if you just re set it. eny way good luck with your product and go ford

  • You are right. When you reset the meter, it goes crazy for a few seconds. We did reset the meter, but only before we started the test. Unfortunately, though we reset the ECU on the motor, the MPG gains were only evident for approx 4 days. We have found that the ECU in most domestic autos are hardwired to reject "Flex Fuels". If HHO is introduced, the gains are temporary till the ECU reverts to default.

On the other hand carb'ed engines see consistant gains & power.

    Thank the EPA for that.

  • Keep up the good work, I look foreword to putting a kit on my 84' BMW 533i.

  • Thank you...

    You're going "Dry", right?

  • so you get 22 mpg besides 20?

  • how can i hook up a display so it can show me my fuel economy ... oh btw i have a carburetor based ford festiva 1.3Litre 4 cylinder engine.

  • Will this work on a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6 P71?

  • Yeah my Expy gets 24 mpg at 50 if it doesnt have to stop, it doesnt use too much gas cruising, but its getting 5500-6500lbs up to that speed that takes gas

  • Wow, fantastic job! Keep up the good work!
