My baby girl had severe nappy rash. It was so bad you could not imagine. Tiny troubles healing salve by mama nature saved our lives. It is amazing!!! and it is well worth trying. It is messy because it is waxy and not as easy to clean off your hands as a cream but it is marvellous.

people should consider MODERN cloth nappys. there is soooo many chemicals in disposibles, main one is the one that used to be in tampons, toxic shock syndrom! THAT IS STILL IN NAPPYS! everyone go to the top and type in modern cloth nappy reviews, do ALOT of research. yes u will get nappy rash but defenatly not as much as disposibles cause.
