What does it mean when your ruling planet/dwarf planet...goes direct? Is that especially potent?

@rawph0enix If you refer to Pluto here, don't worry. You must be a Scorpio, and in my view of astrology, your ruling planet is Mars. In general, when your ruling planet goes retrograde or direct, you do feel it more than most people. Mars will be moving into Leo in a few days, and we'll comment on that here- see what you think.
