@raziels70 thanks for your comment, although not a bodybuilder myself I know what you say is true. This was garys first show and this particular video was the novice section. His training partner couldn't find the venue and turned up late so someone else who was there put the tan on (probably one of his opponents) the video doesn't really do justice to just how much of the stuff was on. by the time the Mr Doncaster event was on somebody had turned up who knew what they were doing and he won it.

Right lets clear some things up, 1st your boss needs to cut back on the amount of fake tan, he's too dark and you lose the definition if you go too dark, 2nd he needs to work on depth in the chest, nice cuts but not nearly enough depth, 3rd More ab work needed, looked bloated, whether he got his timing wrong when dieting down who knows. 3rd and most importantly when you're posing choose some briefs that don't absorb the tan and make you look like you've got the shits, DEFO NOT COOL.
