Ramstein Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) "Generating Flow in Maintenance"

This is how Ramstein AB, Germany, Aerospace Ground Equipment Shop put flow into their scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using the LEAN principles and tools during the year 2009. The flight has evolved into a even better process, as it learns from it's mistakes along the way and improves upon a once "caveman" process.
