its not a cell phone it couldn't be cause they didn't have cell phone towers lol, however i do believe it is some kind of communication device, puzzling cause they didn't have a device that small or compact to communicate with in those days, if she is a time traveller she is most likely way ahead of our time an that device could be something not yet invented.

@BlueJayKing oh yes the people walking are real, but what I'm saying is that they are not really there... "screened in" for you can actually see right through the people to the background, most likely this was made with 3 layers (horse, people, background) add an ambient lighting and of coarse the shadows will come out the same, which debunks this even more because there is no reason for a shadow to change in shade unless another light is cast on the shadow. ;-)
