This is a quick 6 minute workout that will work every muscle in your body and improve your explosive strength and endurance. This is excellent not only for professional fighters, but for all athletes ranging from tennis to professional football.

Its also great if you just want a great fat burning workout in minimal time. No excuses with this 6 minute workout. The workout was performed with a 32 kg (70 lbs) bell, however you should choose a bell that matches your fitness level. For most men a 10-16 kg (22-35 lbs) bell is a good starting point. For women an 6-12 kg (13-22 lbs) is a good starting place.
