Piano Jazz Ballad: Autumn Leaves by Silver, Wood & Ivory

Hi, this is a piano piece which I'm currently learning.
It's called "Silver, Wood & Ivory - Autumn Leaves" and I play it by ear - just by listening to the mp3 (quite often) and repeat it.
It's now half of that song, and I made a lot of mistakes, especially at the end.
The sound is recorded directly via the PC - the "sound-pack" is called Bosendorfer 290.
I hope that one day, I'll manage to play the whole damn thing, in a continous speed and without these mistakes ;)
