  • Agreed! Resume is just a step stone to the interview the interview is what reveals the candidates if the HR pro. has the right set of questions... And many people believe that HR Pros are just scamming money because its what everyone can do ,advertising to interviewing. but there are a lot of troubles to go through and you need the experience to find the right employees

  • There is an important step that you forgot to mention, the INTERVIEW

  • Wow, This is kinda useless, she might be good in teaching students but all she is saying is BS, She keeps repeating that it is good to hire GREAT EMPOLYEES, (NO SHIT!), by searching, advertising and asking them if they are willing to offer teamwork or blah blah, no shit tahts what they will say in the interivew, .... useless video, all these theories r common sense, but not practical, ..This video should give a set of questions to asked the candidates during the interview that help reveal them.

  • That's 4 things you stupid bitch, lol!

  • I'm sorry, but the point is, HR professionals do not hire people based upon their resume, but their experience, and their ability to present their true personality during an interview. HR professionals hire people based on the company's needs and whether someone is fit to develop their firm, however, you seem to claim otherwise.

Never worked in a real workplace? come on, take a second to think for awhile before talking. fyi, employees are nowhere in the economy without passing through HR.

  • HR professionals? They have never worked in the real workplace. They just sit in their little offices and dictate stuff.

  • You obviously underestimate the job of an HR professional,

  • All they do is look at the resume and say "wow this person is good". You are full of shit.

  • That is not true my friend. There is a given set of procedure which is undertaken by HR including performance appriasals before a judgement is arrived at.

  • HR has no clue about what makes a great employee. They just look at a resume and use their personal judgement.
