This is my 4th day of doing this exercise and I still cant manage to do 5 rounds. This is a tough workout. I wanted to drop the weights down to 35 lbs instead of 45 since I only weigh 155 but I didnt want to look like a pussy

I love this workout. I have had 3 back surgeries so I use a 25. I need hip surgery but I'll keep lifting till I'm dead. Keep kickin ass brother
