A typical day for me starts at about 5 a.m. If I don't exercise then, it just doesn't happen. I'm busy, just like everyone else, with a husband, three daughters and a new son-in-law. I also fill my time as a dentist and running my practice. After family obligations, work, and church responsibilities I try to do something to keep the house in order. Then, it's on to the fun stuff - I love to snow ski, take walks and enjoy the outdoors. When occasion permits, I absolutely love to take trips with my family. Yes, I have the travel bug! Did I mention that I also love to laugh?


Why I am a Mormon
Deep in my heart I believe this is the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is truly the core of who I am. As I strive to live the principles of the church, it provides a solid foundation in an everchanging world. I love that I have been able to teach my children the importance of these good and solid values, and watch them apply them in their own lives.

@TheRoseville5 yes there are many lies on this earth including your absurd most inanely ridiculous comment that we somehow are followers of Satan. Interesting, considering that we teach all those identical things. We even daily strive to live by His teachings, the teaching of Christ daily. This the exact opposite of what Satan wants, and just as a very wise president once said, "A house divided against itself cannot stand" (Abraham Lincoln). Christ taught to set your light on a hill-Peace.

It is so sad what goes on in much of the world that no one ever sees and sadly many do not care about. It is refreshing to see someone actually showing they care by their actions and helping others with all the talents, skills and abilities they have developed over the course of a lifetime. This is what Jesus Christ taught, thank you for sharing.

I'm a Mormon (the correct name is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). The good news for everyone who's not a Mormon: Mormons believe that everyone is going to heaven--except for some Mormons.

I love this service to those in a completely different country and giving up modern conveniences for what just to help others for no fees. Now if that isn't Christ-like I do not know what is.

I am very thankful for the teachings of the church and teachings of Jesus Christ and his gospel. My life would have little or no meaning without him. It has also given me a perspective to love all others unconditionally, even those who do not believe in following Jesus Christ or do not believe in God at all. However, personally I believe that doesn't mean He doesn't believe in them and all of his children. May we all learn to be happy and grateful for what we do have versus what we don't.
