@2paclove2 It is possible, but needs to be proven. Mossad, Stazi, CIA, MI, and most countries have a "Secret Police." Why is it, "secret?" because they operate outside of the law. I would doubt that the organizations themselves sanction drug dealing or organ trafficing. There may well be some rouge agents in ANY country. As a lot of the world is loaded against Israel and Jews they will find such crimes among Israel whether it is there or not.
