  • Oui !

  • if you like waltz, check out "la gitane" (composed by tchan-tchou vidal if i remember well) played by Angelo Debarre on here

  • By the way, if you're into Swing Waltz, check out the video of Boulou and his Dad, Matelot, playing "La Minch Valse" (it's on here), recorded at Samoise some years ago! You'll see where Boulou & Ellios get their inspiration and talent from ..... their Dad! What I wouldn't give for a syringe full of his Genes!

  • Boulou & Ellios Ferre, who are the sons of Matelot Ferret (yes the spellings are correct and yes they do differ), and he (Matelot) was one of Django's rhythm players! They are playing "Montagne Saint Genvieve" (alias, "Django's Waltz" which was composed by, but never recorded by, Django) playing at the Favino workshops! It's an absolute crime that the full-length and unedited version isn't available anywhere!
