I was thinking about that if the steel is strong enought to withstand a great pressure.
You have a point, a pressure that strong will crush your feet anyway.
I think that it's important to buy a tested and reliable brand of steel toed shoes and there would be no problem :)
And like you say in the book, you have an advantage in a fight by having a more powerfull kick because of the steel toe protection.

I have one question.
If someone jumps with his whole weight on your toes, or if a car runs over your feet,
can the steel tip in your shoes being under great presure bend and cut off fingers on your feet?

@Hrcoprco No, not a chance. I know of a person that dropped over a ton of steel in his boot, the steel toe saved his toes. In general they can tolared a ton of pressure.
If the pressure is so great that it crushes the steel toe, then it would have pulverized your feet anyway. Its always better to have toe protection than not having it. Having it wont cause a minor accident into a greater one. It can easily tolerate someone standing on your toes (happen to me more than once) or a truck

@bigdollars99 Thanks, its a Cross, Jesus Sacred Heart, and a little Virgin image my wife gave me when we started dating that had been given to her by her late grandmother.
