you can't do that with handbrake.
handbrake locks the rear wheels!
he did that by flooring both the throttle and gas.

NO he did that 1. if its auto flooring then steping on the brake(foot Brake) and leting it rip...2 if its stick or manuale he let of the clutch fast has he floored it and then hit the break it harder than what i said but its the general ideai
