  • I actually did walk into my new therapist office and told her i was abused and that's what is causing my problems. but i had spent years looking into and researching psychology. I want to stop the cycle become independent and eventually become a therapist and help others. it is my dream. thank you for posting self help vids. you make the world a better place for all.

    Its wonderful 2 see a video on youtube thts useful for once, I'm only 13 but i hope to have a job helping children or animals when i am older, like a vet or child psychology, so, ye, keep up the good work :D

  • Thank you for your video. This is the second time I have watched it, and it has been so helpful. I dissociate regularly and grounding myself can be so hard. Counting objects around me has been the most helpful. The string going through my body freaks me out and triggers other memories so I leave that one alone.

    Thank you so much. I know I can always watch this video when I need grounding (and I'm at home, lol)
