Introducing Mossberg New Line of super cool Shotguns. In its OD Green Line up we first have the Mossberg 930 SPX Semi-Auto.

All Jokes aside I am here tonight to tell you once more to go out and buy some Cerakote C and take on that refinishing project you have been putting off. Cerakote is the easiest paint I have ever work with. In my opinion far superior to Duracoat. Its easy to apply and hard to mess up.

Take the time to check out my 930 SPX in its new color. Its pretty unique.

  • looks great bro! is ceracoat better than duracoat?

  • @deadgameguns

In my personal opinion with both yes cerakote air dry is better than duracoat.

  • Looks awesome, how has it held it?

  • @Pinggong272

Its held good so far. Definitely better than the original finish on the gun. Its a very tough product.

  • I dig that green. It is the same color Wilson Combat used to use for their green armor tuff before they changed it. Why does your cerakote "OD Green" look more green than the cerakote "OD Green" I have seen in other videos around youtube?

  • @SIXandSIXTY

In the video it looks a bit lighter than what it actually is. In a shade darker. Not as bright but the camera setting makes it look a bit brighter. Definitely one of my favorite tacticool colors.

  • The paint job looks great. What is that thing on the forearm?

  • Nice awesome paint job man!!! I m debating between getting the mosberg 930 vs an AR15 style gun (likely M&P15)... What do you think is a better home def gun? A better SHTF gun? I know in your other video you own both guns.. Keep up the awesome vids !!

  • Great video!! Very to the point... no B.S. just the facts! So happens that I had my Mossberg 930SPX behind our bar and found that during home improvement some plaster dust had gotten on the barrel and front sight. The plaster dust drew moisture and left surface rust (not pitted). I am going to refinish and I like what I saw in the video. I have used Duracoat with good success on AR-15 builds but will try Cerakoat. FYI, I have two "Golden Rod" heaters in my safegun and it keeps moisture out.

  • Great video. Your 930 looks great! Good job.

  • Looks factory, which means very good job.

  • Looks great!

  • That is one fine shotgun, nice work, Leo. One question, the rear ghost ring sight mounted on the picatinny rail, what is it and where can I buy one? Thanks, and give up the good work...

  • umm its not my color but it looks awesome..
