Yes, I made this suit and helmet. A good tutorial for making something like this can be found here:
http://www.instructables.com/id/how-to-add-EL-wire-to-a-coat-or-other-garment/

For purchasing EL wire, I reccomend going to:
http://store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/clink?light-up-clothing+nB4Uga+index.html
Their EL wire high bright is the brightest ANYWHERE.

So I was just exploring my JP-8080 and came across a preset that sounds a lot like the opening synth riff for Too Long XX Steam Machine. So I made a little cover/improvisation out of it.

The first and last parts of the song are mostly done in Ableton. It's sending midi note data to the JP-8080. I control some filters and effects using a midi controller in Ableton. For the middle section, I use an MC-909 to send clock data to a Future Retro Mobius, which is sequencing the Minimoog. I control the Moog oscillators a bit. I'm playing the synth strings on a Juno-d and a Juno 106 (now that I think about it, I could've made two patches and split them on the Juno-d).
Of course, I could've had ALL of this automated in Ableton or the 909, but I guess I like to make things complicated. I'm a big fan of Jean-Michel Jarre, Jean Jacques Perrey, and Vangelis, and I like surrounding myself with Hardware :D
