She was just another tunnel who went after a rich man's money. She got what she wanted. Old men tend to lose sight of reality when it come to a set of breasts- at least the last will ensured his rightful heirs got a reasonable share.

Her husband wanted her and GOT her. I do not feel sorry for him. I think that whole 2nd marriage caused a lot of heartache and only he himself can be blamed for that. If in the end( and it is only through others we find out) he was sorry for beeing less then a gentleman to his wife and daughters and thought that" God had taken his blessings from him" so be it. N.Mantovani spent the most uncomfortable years with him and deserves to share in his wealth.

She is obviously a very genuine, warm woman and I can see why Pavarotti fell in love with her. I think these ignorant people who criticise her forget that she was with Pavarotti for many years and they had a child together.
