How much did you pay for this beauty? I found one for $12,000 AUD and might go and check it out.

Sweet landing! Looked like the skies and air were smooth as silk! Terrific landing never the less.

Umm, it really depends on what type of shape it is in! Ours is in pretty decent shape and is a 1982. The appraisal value is $45,000. If it is incapable of flying, I would imagine the value would be decreased about half to three quarters. You are probably looking at maybe ten to fifteen thousand as a rough estimate!

how much should a 1976 sundowner 180 cost that hasnt flown in 21 years and is incapable of flying cost?

I don't think I get a stall horn in my sundowner! I know it works, it just doesn't happen! Strange...

Awesome landing. love the stall horn right on touchdown.

I miss my Sundowner!
Nice landing - if you knew how to treat this plane right, it would treat you right. Approach speed on final is key. I never bounced it, but I have seen others get to abuse the nosegear!
Really appreciated this video.

And who says a Beech is hard to land?
I had a little porpoise action just the other day.. I got caught offguard w/o my 80 pounds of ballast in the luggage compartment, and tried to correct a first bounce.. Once they get going that way, it's kinda hard to break out of it. I initiated a go-around on the second bounce, but it porpoised a couple of times times before I got it ahead of the power curve. No one else around fortunately
I've had my Sundowner at 1L0.. do you know 'Frog'?
