A United Way of the Midlands LIVE UNITED Minute with Visiting Nurse Association

After a hospital stay, many patients still need care in their own homes to remain independent. The costs of home health care can be steep and outside the reach of some patients who most need it. That's where Visiting Nurse Association comes in. They offer home health care in the Omaha-Council Bluffs community on a sliding fee scale to make sure no patient is left uncared for.
