A lot of good tailwheel pilots never really figure out that the goal is not to roll the wheels on the ground smoothly at some perfect attitude, but rather the goal is to simply work the stick/yoke all the way back to the stop about a foot off the ground and hold it there, letting the airplane stall and basically "plop" down, and it's actually going to touch a little taiwheel first. To me, that's the way to "3-point" it. Oh...and I am the guy flying in this video :-)
