What was with the last picture? Jesus isn't on the cross, He's in heaven. The new covenant was created when he arose, not when he died.

I haven't been back to my youtube site in awhile so sorry for no reply's.I am sorry it offended you, it certainly wasn't my intention. I find your question strange though. Jesus, nor any of the apostles had any problem talking about the cross,Paul referred to his sacrifice often. And it is only through His Blood shed for us and what he endured from the crucifixion that anyone has any hope of truly escaping the snares and sorrows of this life. Should we all pretend it never happened?

I do agree with you though that the cross is not where it ended but I must share my testimony. I was saved 20 years ago in a machine shop. I was in despair and the holy spirit had been convicting me. At one moment I felt myself sinking into a pit (literally losing all hope). All of the sudden I thought of Jesus and a vision of the cross came to me. I cried out for rescue and knew he would save me. That night I was giving this testimony in front of a congregation. I am grateful for what he did.

Does anyone know the song by Iona:
......And the river flows through eternity...
Down through the ages the truth will arise......
Would love to hear it again.
What is it called?

It's from the Book of Kells, I would have to look but I actually think it might be called Eternity.
