@CharIiePresents You can indeed! Even if you couldn't, it's not like anyone is going to try and stop you :P

I'd love to own one of these eventually. Maybe in 4-5 years like bugga hopes. Just a quick question, does the Spartan have rubber pads on the tracks like the FV432?

@DCTriv
Hi Triv yes they do have rubber pads in the tracks, on a 432 these are bolted on so they can be replaced as individual items. They are moulded into the track on a CVR(T) so when the rubber is worn down, the track is more or less knackered. Tracks last around 3000 miles on normal road surfaces.

@Oldschoolmetalnrock Thanks for the answer. That's a shame to hear, I imagine that would be a pain. Is there no way to bodge the rubber pads onto the tracks yourself?

@DCTriv A friend did discuss getting new ones moulded but it would probably be far more expensive than just going out and buying new track which is still relatively available, when they get hard to come by I'm sure someone will start moulding new ones, I'm not sure I'd fancy driving along at 50mph on bodged up track :P
