WoW: Protection Paladin solo Heroic Arcatraz + guide (written)

READ please (or don't if you read on of these before, since they're virtually the same):

First of all I want to say that I am NOT claiming to be the FIRST to do this (which I'm probably not anyways). This movie has been made with the intention of showing other players what the release of WOTLK actually did with their character, how much more powerful they have become, and not to brag about my epic tanking skills (hehe)!.

About the songs: please quit your whining if you don't like the songs I chose. This is my music taste, there is no way you can add a song that EVERYONE likes. Don't like it? Mute the audio.

Further Information:

This movie shows me Solo-ing heroic Arcatraz. This is my first movie showing me soloing TBC heroics. I'll be attempting all TBC heroics, and uploading where I succeed.
