Are both the white rigs spares in this video, or were they still frontline apparatus?

@28ENGINE3 >>>---> Yes. The first engine in was Engine 5 with their 1988 Quality Monarch. They put a Federal Q between the two speakers on the front bumper them selves. The other white rig was Engine 10 and I believe it was a 1987 Quality Monarch. We have 5 Monarchs as reserve rigs. At present 2 of them are out for major repairs and one is used at the fire accademy. So, as of May 1, 2011 there are only 2 engines on the reserve list.

First time I've seen fire engines with flags flying. In my state here, they doesn't do that.

@mortgagewizard40 Too true Sir. There are 2 reasons why our Fire Engines would not fly the British Flag:

1) The 'Bean-counters' would say it cost's too much to keep re-newing them.

2) Local Government scared of some ethnic or immigrant minority complaining that our Flag offends them and breaches thier human rights (No, I am not joking1)
