  • @hirondelle54 1 cup sawayyan, 1 kg milk, 100grams butter, 250g-300g sweetend condanced milk and fresh cream. roast sawayyan in butter till change colour, add milk, cook, till a bit thick, add cream and sweet milk, add sugar if needed. do not make it too thich because when it gets cold it gets very thick, add milk if you feel its needed

  • assalamalekum, i would like to make this dish, my kids really love it, i didn' t understand the quantities you said you are using like how much cream and how much condensed cream, should i use? how long should i cook the milk before adding cream? i want to make your recipe because i know it will come out very good, i have made a lot of your recipes, and if i had a question, you always answered, juzakalaje for your kindness, you must be a nice person to be around...thank you, my sister...
