@ltrich50 Based on what I've seen in the various professional leagues (live and on tv), the goalie is off limits in the trapezoid. If it's not a "written rule," it's an "unwritten rule." There is no quicker way to get your ass handed to your (by the goalie's teammates as well as the league) than to hit a goalie (on his blind side) in the trapezoid at speed...and going up high no less.
Barker has reaped what he has sown. He was lucky to only get 2 games.

@BigTulsa that was not a flop the goalie was playing the puck and got run by a player who cant be very smart

@BigTulsa come on....don't be a total homer. Goalie is off limits in the trapezoid, the Tulsa player came in at speed, and looks like the hit Bossier's goalie in the knee.
I'm not a Bugs fan, nor an Oilers fan....I have no dog in this fight. Try to look at it objectively.

Wow. While he deserved the penalty that's a nice flop by the goalie. He needs to try out for the NBA
