@singworshiplove thanks for the question... for small businesses to all intents and purposes there is no difference. For more complex businesses cash flow projection tends to include projecting forward from budgeted profit figures making adjustments to arrive at a cash flow figure, and will be used to look at capital structures/ financing etc. I've also heard it said that cash flow forecast statement is based on more recent actuals and cash flow projection being based on expected figures.
