Take a difficult part, un-fold to the flat, now cut the blank and re-fold the part in 1:00 minute. Douglas Metals, Inc., we take difficult parts and make them look easy. We can do the same for your parts. www.douglas-metals.com
@idolkritiq you dont need eye protection, only if its above 85db, gloves are move of a hazard because they would catch and pull, meh its a shirt. there not that dangerous, a pillar drills more dangerous tbh because they fling swarf around and can pull you in. they only thing i would say his working height between the tooling is too high, you should really have it 3mm above the material
@timsurftim eye protection, hearing protection, possibly gloves, and that loose fitting sweatshirt is a hazard as well, but hell I'm not the safety police so have at it.....
Why do you have the ODC set so high ?! you can have it at 10mm or so and just slide the workpiece out? Rather than have the tooling come flying down and could catch your body?! Crazy.
also, why run the goosnech backwards? just go in-in on those last 2 bends with the goosneck faceing you...... and get rid of the slow bend speed and position.... just slam it home and hurry up.... up acting models are MUCH faster than this down acting... i run the bend speed at 0..... just have to watch my face so i dont take my nose off....
the 3rd and 4th bend cannot be done at the same time, they are different dimensions, as you can see one fits inside of the other..... and also hes running a standard 32 7/8" full sections, running sectionalized sections puts marks on parts .........
