Do you really have a 30 second intro to your vids? Lol.

Great vid with the exception of the 27 seconds too long intro :-P
Also, SMTP = Simple Mail Transfer Protocol not Simple Message Transfer Protocol. Not a huge deal but just in case someone who is getting ready to take a test or something watches this, Cisco in particular would only accept Mail not Message.
Sorry for the nit picking, I did enjoy the video and it was extremely informative without being difficult to understand. Hats off for correctly pronouncing hierarchical, that's a tough one!

I am a Linux admin, and my boss hasn't given me anything nice in the sense of hardware. Would all hell break loose if I only allowed POP3?

FOUR KIDS!?!?!

why are you doing this video in your car ??
Honestly, I think that if your hardware can't handle IMAP+POP3 then just use POP3. Either way, you'll need SMTP if you're going to send email out.

@knightrider1623 - I had no idea who Alan Carr was until you pointed it out... :-)
Also, I'm in the car simply because I have four kids and it's tough to find a quiet place to talk into a camera for any length of time.
