first aid sprays reduce your score in the game.

to get the "S rank" you must don't save the game, don't use special weapons, (only pistol and shootgun) sprays or mixed herbs (red and blue herbs) and finish the game in less then 2 hours.

I have finished the game in 1 hour and 44 minutes, but i don't get S rank, only A rank. It's too hard.
