  • @rockmuzik23 im gona post some new videos soon right now im kinda busy and no the camera is at about 28 frames per second

  • @chrisgrinhard Hand speed was ALREADY LIGHTNING FAST.

    But after not training for nearly 5 months,I wanted to not push it.

    So I work at around 50% when punching with 15lbs weights and DON'T OVER EXTEND the punch so I don't fuck up my elbow joints.

    After about 2 weeks of doing this, I'll punch alittle harder,still not overextend though.

    WEAK PEOPLE PROJECTS THEIR WEAKNESS ONTO YOU...ONLY IF YOU LET THEM!

    PROVE THEM WRONG!

  • @chrisgrinhard I regularly have gotten back into the habit of punching with weights.

    BUT I know THIS AIN'T FUCKING DRAGONBALL Z! So I don't try to punch all out with 50lbs in each hand. Only a dumbass would do that.

    I started with 3lbs then once I could go 100% and not feel the weight(10 min/day for 2 weeks).

    I added more weight for slower reps of shadow punches until my arm GRADUALLY adjusted to the weight.

    I now use 15lbs for 100 reps(5x20).

    Also,technique is key.

    LISTEN DUMB ASSES!

    1)just cause YOU can't doesn't mean EVERYONE can't

    2)punching with weights ONLY hurt you "IF" you hyper-extend too much from PUNCHING TOO HARD with weights that are TOO HEAVY. USE COMMON SENSE when picking weight amount.

    3)punching with weights CAN MAKE YOU FASTER AND INCREASE POWER AND STAMINA.

    F=MA. Plus, your muscles become adjusted to the heavier weight so when you ditch the weights, arms feel lighter,muscles require less to do more.

  • if its 28 fps... then u are doing this 2.5 times slower in live.. human eye see 72 fps ...

  • I've heard punching with weights can be bad for your elbows and such. Have you heard anything about the effects of long term usage of weights while punching?
