  • More than a feeling - It's lovely to see the snow in Colorado, especially when you're in the middle of an Aussie summer. Really kool - See you round like a rissole.

  • Wikipedia says "The Australian rissole is generally made from minced meat without a pastry covering, but sometimes with breadcrumbs.Mostly cooked on a BBQ all year round." Hmm.

  • Oops local vernacular - rissoles (meat balls) are generally round - Just a silly departure saying - not offensive in any way. See you around - See you around like a rissole. Pondering not required. Love your videos. Cheers.

  • "See you around like a meatball." I like it! I'll let you know how that flies around here!

Keep your stick on the ice.

  • Hmm - Now that's a open to interpretation! Sounds kind of appropriate for your current climatic conditons though. I guess it means "Keep your feet on the ground" or "Ice cream in the freezer."

Do you guys actually use freezers - you seem to have missed out on global warming? Cheers.

  • here's the thing - if we leave our meat and other food outside in the winter, the polar bears come around, so we have to use freezers

it's -11C right now - perfect for sitting in the hottub :-)

  • love your video's, how did you mount your recorder? ,when ypu go on road trips do you carry a handgun and did you ever have any problems along the way?

  • Would give me more than a feeling riding that road, jealous man!

  • Another example of YouTube and me. The last time I was on the highway between Pagosa Springs and Chama, I was going "the other way" (AGAIN!). Sigh. It's been warm enough to ride, but either raining or windy. Today, there were 45MPH (72KPH) wind gusts. It's supposed to be 75F (24C) on Wednesday, 4/22. Spring is late this year. It will get near freezing tonight. I hope you're getting some riding in. I haven't in over a week. Another sigh.

  • I will have to check it out! Thanks! Sand and gravel is a problem at this time of year around here too. Yesterday, while moving my bike in a parking lot, my foot slipped on some gravel, and we almost went down. During today's ride, Boston's More than a Feeling came on the radio, so I thought of this video.

  • you should take a ride up to Crofton, Omaha and stay in the historic Argo Hotel B&B ($55/night is the going rate); I expect the bikes will be out in a couple weeks but sand & gravel at this time of year is a real danger here (I'm not even LOOKING at my bike yet!)

  • nice video. 10,400 feet sounds damn cold. I have heated gloves myself, they do a wonder. The guy i rode with had purple lips and was shivering lol!, my hands were room temp., ofc then again not many ride in 40f weather

  • Now that is definitely cold! I don't know how you can cope to go outside - Tub does sound like the perfect solution. Hope the bears have enough to eat; heard the receding ice makes it harder for them to find food and survive. Cheers.
