@ThunderwingMatrix He was also supposed to be the one to take the WWF title from Backlund...in transition to Hogan. Or so I've heard.

@Bacchusmbt BIll Eadie. He worked in the early '80s as the Masked Superstar and challenged Backlund & Hulk Hogan for the WWE championship. He later wrestled as one of the Giant Machines in 1986, and became Ax of Demolition in 1987, and a 3-time World Tag Team Champion in WWE with Smash (and Crush (R.I.P.) in Demolition's 3rd tag team title reign.)
