Hey thanks good job my braces really really really hurt today and I have to keep taking a pain killer! But sadly the pain isn't subsiding! Please help it's my teeth not my gums or anything!

@danceluver2153 Im not sure if thats true but soda and things like that stain. The ACT mouth wash is a floride (spelling?) rinse so it helps prevent from stains , so .

i heard that mouth wash stains your teeth so when you get your braces taken off you have like little squares on your teeth....
