Chuck Miano along with various family members prepare delicious recipes from around the world in their unusual family kitchen. part one features a tour of the famous Polish meatpacking facility Wardynski Meats and Chucks wife Margie preparing the traditional Slovak dish Trepunsa (Trepanky). The Wardynski Company has made superior natural casing sausage, luncheon meats and wieners at its Buffalo NY facility for generations. Their quality and reputation is legendary. A special thanks to Skip Wardynski for allowing us to film this wonderful experience. Also a belated thanks to Bennyweechy for doing the vidiography. What a talent!!
