Mike DeStefano is traveling on the road every night, performing his comedy routine in front of audiences. But by day Mike travels along his own road--to recovery. He travels around the country telling his story of an abusive childhood, alcohol and drugs, the death of his wife, and the results of his own addictions. On these roads, Mike D is met with great success but also great tragedies. Through it all he feels this life was not a choice, but his destiny.

I came across this through "The Moth". I watched some YouTube videos after the announcement of his death in the media. He really made me laugh!! Today I found him by accident and his story about his wife (full version on "The Moth" video) made me cry!! Now I will never forget Mike DeStefano!! So moving so straight from the heart. That's tough for any recovering addict to do. I'm impressed and hope he inspires others to clean up and really live!!
