Some people seem to think that Old Testament prophets were somehow superhuman and God could never raise up more people like them. So we're going to do a series on just exactly how flawed they were - and yet God puts them in the "Pantheon of Heroes" in Hebrews 11. Now, Jonah isn't on that list, but he's one of the ones that is easy to poke at. Follow along as we read through the whole book of Jonah and maybe you'll see this in a different light. We know the story of Jonah is important and Jesus Himself refers to it as a reference for the three days that He will be in the grave. Jesus doesn't infer that it's allegory or poetry, but that it really happened.
Lots more coming! Hang on!
