This is the Soyuz that is renowned for having been recovered from a car park in Russia, for exhibition at the UK's National Space Centre in Leicester. For some reason it was not required for a mission. The Soyuz system is still essentially the same in appearance and China has followed the design closely for its own manned space vehicles. At the moment the Soyuz craft are involved with maintaining the International Space Station, which is being built in large part by the US Space Shuttle, with its much larger carrying capacity.

  • They don't have tail wings - or missiles. It's about peaceful space exploration.

  • Were is the levitated electro-magnet tail wing, or the non touching missile connected by non friction magnetic levitation. Sounds stealthy..; more like science fiction.
