Updated Jan 2012: Yeah, basically the initial part of account stat wiping which is now completely standard as a methods to combat bots. They have fixed many of the issues such as wiping stats to 10 by default (instead of 1, since some players had 1 hit points). Also I believe they fixed the issue with fire capes by now, this account is most likely banned by now.

Just an update since I see many people responding to my initial comments. Which were made before anyone had an idea about this. At this time Jagex had not released that they were doing this intentionally, people claimed it was a bug. They later came out and stated that they wanted people to think it was a bug at first, which is why it was so secretive.

@LoZNavi when u get resetted u dont get a full reset, all ur stats which u leveled above 10 will be reduced to 10. so theirs no way he can be cb 4 with f cape if he got resetted. like some1 sayd, he got paft
