this girl is pretty good for a 9 year old i am in the 6th grade and i am a band student at whittorne middle school and i have just got my part as a clarinet person i am really excited and i hope tht i will be really good and maybe i will post a video on here when i learn how to play lmao :)

Hey i think your pretty good im 12 and i have been playing the clarinet for 2 years i started the instrument in the 6th grade and i played from the exact same book is it the essential elements 2000 book? Because thats the book i played from and i played mary had a little lamb too!! That's when i first learned the notes but shes good for a 9 year old. Does she play in her school band???

@xXsarahXx1011 Yes, she did learn from Essential Elements 2000, and she does play in the school band, although now she has now added saxophone and drums to the instruments hse plays. She's 12 now, too! Good luck to you with the clarinet!

you might want to not let the clarinet come out so much.. it loosens the embouchure, causing squeaks =)

I play the clarinet... Some tips ate to articulate and don't use puffs of air. If u do u will pass out. Good luck!!!

I just started playing! URS LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE! You're really good to jut be starting out! lol, I've had mine for about 2 weeks now, And i always get stuck on the last note. :/ Ur good!

hey! that was pretty good for a starter(: ive been playing clarinet for 5 years now, prob a little more. but when you play, keep your mouth tighter, and make sure you sit up straight with good posture.(:
