True - Bellona can mean all those things, but the lyrics refer to the novel Dhalgren, which features a kid whose name changes, who has trouble keeping track of time, who briefly lives in a city called Bellona where the sun becomes a red giant, and who leaves without actually meaning to... Read the novel and you will see that it is what this song poetically refers to; well this novel is an amazing book you should definitely check it out!
