Do I believe this video? Most of it I believe. Do I think this sort of things happened before during and after. Yes I do. @hetheru < If you connect dots, you can find out there are companies that would test virus, bacterias, drugs or anything else on anyone when they get chance. Some African countries' small communities were easy target as governments there do not care much.
