No, its not form, or particular. It is CC Ball Action from the built in presets in Aftereffects. if you look at the date on the video, it was made before Form even came out.

pretty sure that was done in c4d or maya. unless ur using trapcode

Nope. NO 3d Application, and no Trapcode particular. All done with native plugins in Aftereffects.
