Lower ur settings to lowest but keep resolution highest, then I get 333fps O.o

It can assist in higher - longer jumps. Essentially it allows for better performance game wise not only jumping.
Although it's not impossible to do these jumps with a low fps. When I recorded this vid and had fraps running, I was getting only 40-50 FPS.
